    As part of the Iron Ore Conference, Tim Donohue and Jens Plinke from TUNRA Bulk Solids will be running a half day workshop. This workshop will take place online on 11th November from 9 am to 12:15 pm.

    TUNRA Bulk Solids – Iron Ore: How to make materials handling decisions

    This workshop would cover the following:

    • The importance of materials testing
    • Materials testing available for iron ore
    • What “good” and “bad” iron ores look like
    • Testing outcomes and their interpretation
    • Benefits of specific ore testing in the design process

    The audience would ideally be those who work peripherally to materials handling but in their role make decisions based on materials handling assumptions.
