TBS Visit to Queensland Mining Exhibition, Mackay

Shaun Reid and Dr Bin Chen travelled to Mackay in late July to attend the Queensland Mining and Engineering Exhibition (QME). The event attracted more than 200 exhibitors from a range of fields in the industry including miners, suppliers and engineers. Several thousand visitors attended the event over three days, a variety of seminars were also presented at the exhibition that provided insight into QLD coal mining and the latest developments in the industry.

Our TBS Engineers took the opportunity to converse with approximately 40 exhibitors, many exhibitors recognised the TUNRA brand and its value to the industry. In general the event provided a good opportunity to further develop relationships with new and existing clients and to stay up to date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry.
